Leon Smith (OWNER)

My name is Leon Smith, I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and I have lived and worked in Hernando county for 30 years.  I have been in the construction field for over 45 years.  

Myself and my beautiful wife and partner have owned and operated one of the largest excavating companies in Hernando, Citrus and Pasco counties to date. Through the years we have worked with hundreds of contractors in the area. 15 years ago we decided to branch out into residential contracting . Since then we have managed our own slab crews, block crews, framing crews and drywall crews. If it has to do with  residential construction, we have done it. 

We enjoy working with people to create the home of their dreams.

Brad Smith (Project Manager)

My name is Brad Smith. I also have been in the construction industry my entire adult life. I got my start framing houses and after a short time was put in charge of my own crew.  After several years of framing, I went to work  as a superintendent for a well know home builder in FL.  When the bottom fell out of the housing industry in 2008 I went to work for a company called Pre-stress Systems of Florida. We built slab on grade and hi-rise structures through out Florida.

Eventually I went to work for a large refrigeration installation and service company where I  managed multiple projects at a time.  I worked in this industry for over 10 years as field superintendent.

 I have been in many different types of construction over the years, and I believe this has helped me to fine tune my problem solving skills. This is in my opinion what makes a solid contractor.

Angela Smith (Office Manager)

My name is Angela Smith.  My staff and I have the privilege of supporting my husband and my son with the day to day operations of the office.

I have worked in the construction industry since 1991. And I have spent the last 30 years of it by my husband's side.

I have seen many different aspects of this field, but nothing takes the place of happy clients. When they take possession of one of our new homes, built with care and integrity.
